Cookies
Delta Adaptive Systems uses essential cookies for authentication, security, and user preferences. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the portal or a workspace from functioning correctly.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics on the public Delta Adaptive Systems website to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, and interactions with the site. We use this information for site measurement, not to display targeted advertising. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Single sign-on
Where Delta Adaptive Systems offers single sign-on or another third-party identity service, we may receive the information needed to authenticate you and connect you to the correct account and workspace, such as your name, email address, organization, and identity-provider identifier.
Delta Adaptive Systems desktop software
The Delta Adaptive Systems desktop application may process a device name and identifier, application and operating-system versions, registered capabilities, permission decisions, connection status, and limited diagnostic information. A local file, device, or network resource is accessed only when an authorized Delta Adaptive Systems feature and user action request it. The relevant tool may transmit selected information to the customer’s workspace when the user directs it to do so.
3. How we use information
Deplyr may use information to:
- provide, configure, maintain, and improve Delta Adaptive Systems and custom tools;
- authenticate users and enforce workspace, administrator, and tool access;
- process customer instructions and requested integrations;
- secure the Services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain audit records;
- respond to inquiries and provide support;
- send invoices, receive ACH payments, and maintain business records;
- communicate about the Services, including administrative and policy updates;
- analyze public-site usage and improve our communications; and
- comply with law and protect the rights and safety of Deplyr and others.
4. Customer workspace data
A Delta Adaptive Systems customer generally decides what information is placed in its workspace and why it is processed. Deplyr uses that information to provide the Services and follow the customer’s authorized instructions. Workspace administrators and other authorized users may be able to access information based on permissions selected by the customer.
If your personal information was entered into Delta Adaptive Systems by one of our customers, you should normally direct questions or privacy requests to that customer. We will assist the customer as appropriate.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers: vendors that provide hosting, networking, storage, security, analytics, communications, payment, or professional services. Delta Adaptive Systems currently relies on Cloudflare for core hosting and infrastructure and may use Google Analytics for public-site measurement.
- At a customer’s direction: to integrations, systems, and people the customer authorizes.
- Within a workspace: to administrators and users according to their roles and tool permissions.
- For legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; enforce agreements; or protect rights, security, and safety.
- For a business transaction: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Deplyr does not sell personal information for money and does not use Delta Adaptive Systems personal information to deliver targeted advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain account, workspace, and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and audit records, complete the customer relationship, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary based on the type of information and the customer’s instructions.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups or be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
7. Security
Deplyr uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. PHI and specially regulated data
Delta Adaptive Systems is not currently offered under a Business Associate Agreement and is not authorized for protected health information (“PHI”) or patient records. Do not submit PHI or other data requiring a special written agreement unless Deplyr has expressly authorized that use in a separate signed agreement.
